Oracle in Nashville, TN seeks an IC4 Senior HR Consultant, Programs to drive scalable execution of enterprise people priorities across HRBPs, COEs, analytics, and business partners. You will translate priorities into manager-ready solutions, governance, and insights to accelerate adoption and readiness while reducing operational complexity.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to operate independently in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience leading enterprise programs in large organizations.
• Experience translating enterprise HR priorities into scalable execution across talent, workforce, or organizational programs.
• Advanced stakeholder leadership, change management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Strong program leadership and judgment with ability to navigate ambiguity and sensitive workforce matters.
• Experience with workforce planning, analytics, and data-driven decision support; job architecture knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to simplify processes, build repeatable operating mechanisms, and deliver outcomes on tight timelines.
• Ability to operate independently in a global environment and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scaled deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and workforce programs.
• Serve as a senior program lead across HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, HR Services, and HRIT to align requirements and execution.
• Establish deployment strategy, governance, milestones, and success measures; identify risks and dependencies.
• Translate program data into actionable insights that inform workforce decisions and readiness.
• Enable managers and HR partners with clear, scalable guidance and readiness resources.
• Lead operational deployment of workforce planning initiatives with disciplined, compliant execution.
• Drive change readiness and adoption for complex people initiatives by aligning stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to translate designs into business-ready execution.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage automation/AI for scale.
