US Tech Solutions is seeking a Global Mobility Manager (12+ months) to lead relocation across the Americas, coordinating with Relocation Management Company and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth employee experience. This role requires deep expertise in mobility processes, including tax, immigration, payroll, and residential real estate, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

It reports into the Global Mobility team and supports global and local vendors to ensure policy

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of global mobility experience focused on the Americas.
• Familiarity with US residential real estate purchase processes.
• In-depth knowledge of mobility processes including tax, immigration, payroll, and home transactions in the Americas.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to translate mobility concepts.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced, global team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day US relocation cases in partnership with Relocation Management Company on mobility within the Americas.
• Act as a single point of contact to employees throughout the mobility process.
• Articulate complex relocation scenarios including tax and immigration factors and provide practical, simplified solutions for the employee and/or business.
• In partnership with our immigration firm, support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees. This includes working closely with foreign national candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, support escalations and day to day program management support.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to interpret policy, provide options and recommend solutions
• Partner with global and local vendors, monitor performance and ensure compliance with Gilead policy and local laws and regulations
• Assist with special projects as needed

About the Role

• The Global Mobility Manager manages all aspects of candidate and employee relocation both domestic and permanent moves within the Americas.
• Anticipating employee needs and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience, the Mobility Manager will take initiative to solve problems independently, exercising discretion within guidelines and evolving industry standards.
• This is an exciting and demanding role that requires passion and the desire to be a team player on an amazing team.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Global Mobility experience with a focus on the Americas
• Familiarity with US residential real estate purchase process; knowledge of Buyer Value Option transactions a plus
• In depth knowledge of mobility processes including tax services, immigration, payroll, home sale, home purchase in the Americas regions
• Excellent learning agility and emotional intelligence, able to be empathetic to situations you may have never directly experienced
• Exceptional communication skills and an above average ability to translate mobility concepts to others, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude in challenging situations
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task in a high paced environment
• Demonstrated experience working on a global team
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in situations involving change, shifting priorities and ambiguity
