Job summary

Paramount is transitioning its ERP/HCM systems to Oracle Fusion to reshape HR data, processes, and workflows across the organization. This role provides dedicated support to manage HR process changes, timelines, and stakeholder coordination for a smooth transition.

The candidate will own end-to-end project plans, develop integrated timelines, and govern Pending Hires across international teams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading project management or process transformation in HR.
• Experience with enterprise platform implementations or transitions, Oracle Fusion required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Salesforce strongly preferred; Google apps helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan for transition of Job Requisition and HR Data Management changes.
• Develop and manage integrated timelines for training, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with TA Operations and HRDM to keep implementation on schedule and aligned with business goals.
• Direct governance for International Pending Hires, including cross-functional coordination and escalations.
• Establish reporting, escalation paths, and milestone tracking for visibility and accountability.
• Create SOPs for new HRDM processes, including Job Requisition in Oracle Fusion.
• Design knowledge transfer strategy with training, shadowing, and readiness criteria.
