Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA in Houston, TX seeks an HR Process & Systems Partner to stabilize and continuously improve Oracle Fusion HCM and digitize HR processes. You will contribute regional requirements, drive data-driven HR analytics, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

The role blends deep HR process expertise with hands-on systems work, data manipulation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize HR operations and reporting across NA and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, HR process excellence, compensation or a closely related HR specialization.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS; strong data analysis and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to travel 2–4 times per year.
• Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and localization of global HR strategies and processes across North America and Latin America.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and compensation.
• Serve as regional key user for Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting its development, governance, and maintenance and providing training and support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity by establishing standards and monitoring data accuracy in Oracle HCM and other HR systems.
• Contribute to HR controlling and people analytics, including HR reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision support.
• Represent regional requirements and propose improvements to global HR processes and systems.
• Partner with leadership and Compensation experts in Austria to develop and implement compensation strategies and pay adjustments.
• Provide defined operational support and backup coverage for HR Business Partners.
