Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA seeks an experienced HR systems professional to stabilize and continuously improve Oracle Fusion HCM while digitizing HR processes for North America and Latin America.

You will join a global team and represent regional requirements, shaping future system enhancements with stakeholders. You will combine strong HR process expertise with hands-on systems, data, and analytics to drive automation, data quality, and insightful HR reporting across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, HR process excellence, compensation or related HR specialization.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS/HCM platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM, and relational databases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with data analysis, data extraction and dashboards/KPIs using Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 times per year to Europe and/or Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Drive localization of global HR strategies across North America and Latin America.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, development, compensation).
• Serve as regional key user for Oracle Fusion HCM; support governance, maintenance, and user training.
• Ensure high data quality and reliable HR data across systems.
• Contribute to HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision support for stakeholders.
• Represent regional requirements to global HR processes and systems; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive compensation strategies and frameworks.
• Provide operational support and backup coverage for HR Business Partners as needed.
