Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Talent Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) to drive Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC initiatives across North America. You will partner with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to transform talent processes and optimize platform capabilities in a hybrid Atlanta environment.

You will lead end-to-end ORC and Talent Management, design functional specs, govern performance and career development, and enable data-driven decisions with OTBI and BI tools.

Qualificações

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or HR Technology Analyst specializing in HCM systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) including requisition configuration, candidate management, offer management, and onboarding workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Talent Management modules including Performance, Goal, Succession, Career Development, and Talent Review.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end functional strategy and roadmap for ORC and Oracle Talent Management across regions.
• Lead ORC optimization to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience across locations.
• Translate HR business needs into detailed functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Govern talent processes: performance reviews, goal management, succession planning, and career development.
• Collaborate with COEs, IT, and Talent Acquisition to align technology with workforce strategies.
