MAREK in Houston, TX is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Talent, Learning and Performance modules. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 4+ years of progressive analyst experience with HRIS or HR systems.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Talent, Learning and Performance, plus cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability, exercise sound judgment, and advocate for doing the right thing.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and validations; troubleshoot issues via root cause analysis and testing.
• Support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across HCM modules.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected platforms; coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support reporting and analysis.
• Manage support tickets and enhancement requests with timely updates.
