Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA in Houston, TX seeks an HR Process & Systems Partner to stabilize and advance Oracle Fusion HCM across North America and Latin America, aligning regional needs with global HR processes.

You will combine deep HR process expertise with hands-on systems, data, and analytics, driving automation, data quality, dashboards and KPIs, and partnering with HR stakeholders and Austrian compensation experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or HR process excellence in a multinational environment.
• Strong hands-on systems, data, and analytical capabilities with Oracle Fusion HCM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and localize global HR strategies and processes across North America and Latin America.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and compensation.
• Serve as regional key user for Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting governance, maintenance, and user training.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity in Oracle HCM and other HR systems.
• Develop HR reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision support.
• Represent regional requirements to global HR processes and systems and collaborate with compensation experts in Austria.
• Provide operational support and backup coverage for HR Business Partners.
