Job summary

Charter Manufacturing seeks a Process Excellence Analyst III to lead HR service design, implementation, and improvement across HR and business functions. You will translate business decisions into operational solutions and coordinate implementation across stakeholders.

In this role, you will develop process maps, business rules, validation scenarios, and service material while partnering with HRIS and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in HR, HR Operations, or related fields.
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and design improvements with stakeholders.
• Translate decisions into operational requirements and service designs.
• Develop process maps, business rules, and validation materials for implementation.
• Measure performance with KPIs/SLAs and recommend improvements.
