Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/tech fields.
• 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate needs into requirements.
• Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, CMMS, and WMS integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools in business processes and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional areas to understand objectives, processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery and analysis to define problems, outcomes, and requirements.
• Design future-state processes combining people, systems, data, automation, and AI.
• Define requirements for technology-enabled solutions including workflows and data needs.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend approaches based on value, feasibility, and usability.
• Prioritize transformation opportunities based on strategic alignment and effort.
• Use operational data to build business cases and track realized benefits.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge capture.
• Support implementation, testing, adoption, and stabilization activities.
• Follow architecture, cybersecurity, data, risk, and change-management policies.
• Adhere to Environmental, Quality, and Safety procedures.
