Job summary

Charter Manufacturing Company is seeking a Process Excellence Analyst III to lead HR service design, implementation, and continuous improvement. You will partner with HR and business functions to translate business needs into operational solutions and coordinate implementation across stakeholders.

The role focuses on process analysis, requirements development, and service performance measurement, driving initiatives through the full service lifecycle with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in HR, HR Operations, or process improvement roles.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel with reporting, maps, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current-state processes and services to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate discovery and design sessions.
• Translate decisions into operational process and service designs.
• Develop process maps, rules, workflows, and service materials.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Maintain service designs and documentation across the lifecycle.
• Translate decisions into implementation-ready requirements and test scripts.
• Partner with HRIS and enablement teams to clarify requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Lead readiness and implementation activities with milestones and tracking.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting for assigned services.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes; present findings and recommendations.
