Job summary

Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc in Mequon, WI is seeking a Process Excellence Analyst III to lead HR service design, implementation, and improvement initiatives across the service lifecycle. You will partner with HR and business functions to translate needs into operational solutions and coordinate across stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical and facilitation skills, experience with process mapping, dashboards, and working with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of progressive HR/Operations/Process Improvement experience.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and creating reports, process maps, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current-state processes and services to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate discovery and design sessions.
• Translate decisions into operational process and service designs and develop maps, rules, and materials.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and improved experience.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and service-health measures.
• Coordinate readiness and implementation activities across stakeholders and support launch and stabilization.
