Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our Workday platform and partner with HR users and business stakeholders. You will resolve issues, improve processes, and enable effective use of Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, and more.

Ideal candidates bring a strong Workday foundation, curiosity, and a service mindset to optimize configurations, testing, and releases while contributing to documentation and analytics for HR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or commensurate experience).
Three+ years of experience with Workday technology.
Workday configuration experience including break/fix resolutions, enhancements, and releases.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt for different audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as front-line HRIS resource for HR users and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot Workday break/fix issues and support testing and releases.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
Develop test scenarios for enhancements, break/fix solutions, integrations, and releases.
Create clear end-user documentation and training materials.
Design and maintain HR dashboards and analytics aligned with HR strategy.
