Job summary

Everpure seeks an HR Business Process Excellence Leader to architect the scalable HR operating foundation before processes run at scale. You will define end-to-end standards, build capability across HR COEs, and create repeatable playbooks for M&A integrations and global expansions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end process redesigns with measurable impact.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, journey mapping, and quantitative analytics.
• Experience coaching multi-disciplinary HR or operations teams in continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with governance guardrails and executive alignment.
• Hands-on experience with M&A diligence, HR process harmonization, or global expansion playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end process standards with cross-functional HR workflows, SOPs, RACI, and governance.
• Embed human-centered process design through journey mapping and stakeholder research.
• Drive organization-wide capability building with coaching pathways and self-service toolkits.
• Govern cross-functional HR change with guardrails, reviews, and sign-off protocols.
• Scale M&A and global expansion playbooks through due diligence, harmonization, and audit readiness.
