Job summary

The California State Controller's Office is seeking an Analyst III in Sacramento to lead advanced instructional design and programs for statewide training on legacy Personnel and Payroll processes.

You will design, deliver, evaluate, and improve training, coordinating with policy owners and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact. Hybrid telework is available for eligible California residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop business processing learning materials.
• Deliver virtual training classrooms, learning labs, and forums; manage attendance and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to align materials with program operations and policies.
• Interpret laws, regulations, MOUs, and policies to ensure accurate material.
• Manage and improve the training registration database and reporting.
