Trucordia is seeking an HR Generalist & Handbook Specialist to review, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies nationwide. You will ensure documents reflect current laws, align with best HR practices, and support a positive work environment across multiple sites.

You will also provide HR admin support, assist with onboarding/offboarding, background checks, and keeping HR systems accurate. This role offers growth in compliance and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret state and federal employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• High attention to detail when reviewing policy language.
• Clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
