Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist & Handbook Specialist to review, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies across multiple locations nationwide. You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws and support HR administrative functions including onboarding, offboarding, and document management.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret or learn state and federal employment laws
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines
• High attention to detail and comfort reviewing precise policy language
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and policy clarification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
• Minimum of one year of HR experience required
• Preferred: HRCI PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
• Preferred: Experience creating, administering HR policies in a complex organization environment

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies
