Job summary

Trucordia, based in Utah, seeks a skilled HR Generalist & Handbook Specialist to partner with client organizations, reviewing and updating employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws across locations nationwide.

You will also provide HR administrative support, manage onboarding/offboarding, background checks, and policy documentation, and collaborate with HR leaders and legal partners to implement policy updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret or learn state and federal employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and comfort reviewing precise policy language.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and policy clarification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
• Minimum of one year of HR experience.
• Preferred: HRCI/PHR, SHRM certifications.
• Preferred: Experience creating, administering, and managing HR policies in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain employee handbooks and workplace policies.
