Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Proven experience solving problems with automated timekeeping systems and orienting new associates.
• Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication.
• Commitment to teamwork and coaching; strong collaborator.
• Ability to travel to other facilities for meetings or business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Human Resources staff, including hiring, training and development, ensuring services are provided on time and cost effectively.
• Manage programs, policies and procedures ensuring fair application and practices as well as legal compliance.
• Provide leadership around medical, security and safety services per company guidelines.
• Lead the environment via PBIP and QIP with focus on continuous improvement and culture change.
• Keep facility staffed with hourly and salaried associates through proper employment practices.
• Lead change management and foster an environment of adaptability across the organization.
