Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program Compliance Supervisor in Perry, GA to lead audits and ensure compliance with multiple certifications and internal standards. You will partner with plant and FSQA teams to uphold accountability and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires HACCP and Internal Auditor certifications, plus 5 years of FSQA experience in a processing environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and records management.

Qualifications

• 5 years processing plant FSQA experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• HACCP certification and Internal Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in-plant audits of facility’s compliance to Perdue FSQA Policies.
• Ensure that all certification programs (BRC, Process Verified, Organic, Gluten Free, GAP, etc.) are audited at the plant and associated documentation is updated.
• Participate in external audits with certification bodies and government agencies.
• Generate audit result reports with deficiencies and corrective action plans with deadlines and responsible persons.
• Update HACCP plans after re-assessments and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
• Utilize auditing software for instruments, corrective actions, and new audit instruments.
• Fill in for FSQA supervisors and Manager when absent.
