You will drive operating and capital budgets, optimize plant metrics, and collaborate with support departments to promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate as needed will support oversight across multiple facilities and drive long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Ag-Business.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of budget development, report analysis, USDA and employment law.
• Broad knowledge of live production and plant operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate as needed.
