Job summary

Dole Food Company, McDonough, GA, is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our frozen fruit manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to drive staffing, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR programs.

This on-site role supervises an HR Coordinator and requires 5–7+ years in HR within manufacturing or high-volume environments, plus a Bachelor's degree; Master’s and professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR operations.
• Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR leadership and supervise HR staff and payroll/benefits coordination.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive workforce planning and staffing.
• Provide guidance on investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and ${external} audits.
• Administer HR programs, training, and data-driven HR metrics.
