Job summary

Virginia Housing Development Authority is seeking an Associate Human Resources Systems Analyst to provide technical support, process improvements, configuration, and testing of HR systems. You will also create end-user documentation and train staff to maximize system utilization.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams, manage security access, perform SDLC-based activities, and ensure data integrity across HR applications.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or similar degree required, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience supporting business applications and managing security access.
• Experience performing data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions.
• Experience with SDLC and applications best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HR systems and improve business processes.
• Configure and test HR technology solutions and ensure quality results.
