Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
• 8+ years conducting analytical and support activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPIs.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create data visualizations and automated reporting using BI tools.
• Develop BPMN process models and workflow documentation.
• Utilize Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate for reporting and analysis.
• Audit and validate HR data for accuracy across systems.
• Produce executive briefings and analytical reports for workforce planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
