Job summary
Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, P.C. seeks a Senior HRMS Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The role focuses on advanced reporting, workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and BI solutions to support organizational goals.
You will partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and deliver dashboards that improve efficiency, enhance employee experience, and inform executive decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Two years of HRMS/HRIS technical experience in healthcare settings.
- Two years of UKG Pro modules experience (Recruiting, Benefits, Core HR, Reporting).
- Two years of data analysis, data extraction, validation, and reconciliation of workforce reports.
Responsibilities
- Transform HR data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and BI solutions to support executives and stakeholders.
- Forecast workforce needs by analyzing trends and metrics.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align analytics with business goals.
