Plumbers Supply Co. in Louisville, KY is seeking an HR Specialist who will own recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and other essential HR initiatives.

This full-time, in-person role is based at our Louisville headquarters, with no remote work option. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, building pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating onboarding, maintaining records, and supporting employee engagement and HR programs.

• Valid driver’s license and regional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from posting to offers.
• Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels and partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and required skills.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to improve labor market visibility.
• Coordinate new-hire documentation, orientation, and manager communication.
• Support employee offboarding and required HR records.
• Respond to routine employee questions about policies and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
• Travel to other company locations to support recruiting and onboarding.
