Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking an HR Specialist to own recruiting, onboarding, and employee support at our Louisville headquarters. This is a full-time, in-person role with no remote option.

You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, coordinate documentation, and support HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and a service-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from posting to offers.
• Build candidate pipelines through channels and outreach.
• Coordinate new-hire documentation and onboarding support.
• Support offboarding and exit processes with appropriate documentation.
• Respond to routine employee questions about policies and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR communications.
• Travel regionally to support locations as needed.
