Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in HR, recruiting, benefits administration, or related HR operations.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment requirements, with the judgment to route location specific questions to the appropriate HR partner or subject matter expert.
• Experience using HRIS systems, applicant tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and service skills; ability to manage competing deadlines and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification such as SHRM CP or PHR; and experience supporting multiple locations, a distribution or manufacturing workforce, a call center, or Canadian employees.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting processes for assigned positions across locations, including postings, application review, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and employment screenings.
• Coordinate orientation, HR system setup, IT access requests, new hire checklists, and peer support for new employees.
• Prepare offer letters and hiring documents; ensure onboarding tasks are completed and feedback is gathered for improvements.
• Support onboarding and training programs; manage employee records and HR system data across locations.
