Job summary

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and deliver on time.
Proficient in AI tools and digital productivity platforms, with ability to surface insights and accelerate work.

Responsibilities

Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests for the P&C BP leads and teams.
Own and manage discrete projects end-to-end, coordinating across stakeholders for timely delivery and alignment.
Deliver high-impact data analysis using internal SAP tools and AI-powered platforms to provide people insights.
