Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the North America HR People Partnering team with day-to-day HR activities and strategic HR transformation initiatives.
• Assist HR People Partners in managing employee and leader requests.
• Aid HR processes including employee relations support, promotions, organizational changes, and general HR inquiries.
• Support activation of HR projects and change management activities.
• Assist with communications, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and project execution.
• Contribute to process improvement and project deliverables across North America.
