The role involves maintaining HRIS data, handling payroll-related information, ensuring compliance, and managing employee records while supporting ongoing training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee programs or people operations.
• Strong organizational skills and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and leave programs.
• Administer employee training and compliance activities.
• Maintain HRIS data, payroll-related records, and employee files.
• Provide HR support and respond to employee questions.
