Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR/related field.
• 2 years HR and payroll administration experience.
• 1 year recruitment and retention experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and wage/hour regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems (Lawson, ADP, PeopleNet) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR and payroll functions including benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and labor relations.
• Maintain accurate personnel files in compliance with policies and laws.
• Provide guidance on employment issues and labor law compliance.
• Assist department heads with hiring, training, and onboarding processes.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent.
