Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of human resources, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS programs, including payroll features and applicant tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Process employee status changes, new hire documentation, separations, and organizational updates in HRIS system and personnel records.
• Assist with preparation of HR reports and workforce metrics, including completion of routine monthly and quarterly reports.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, procedures, and HR processes.
• Support internal and external audits and reporting by gathering required documentation.
• Respond to employment verification requests and other HR-related inquiries.
• Support HR projects and department initiatives.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting for Mary Ryder Home union.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR vendors, brokers, stakeholders, and union representatives.
