EXO Inc. is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support multi-state payroll processing and HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across federal and state regulations, with a focus on data integrity in the HRIS and proactive problem solving. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to update HR policies, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help maintain a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with payroll responsibilities.
• Proficiency with payroll processing systems and HRIS; UKG/Insperity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely multi-state weekly payroll.
• Manage payroll records and resolve complex issues including garnishments and tax filings.
• Monitor HR data and ensure accuracy and data integrity within the HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures with leadership for consistent application.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and leave management.
