Responsibilities

• Processes and coordinates department payroll using Workday, ensures accurate, timely processing of time, attendance and payroll transactions.
• Responds to employee and supervisor inquiries regarding payroll procedures and discrepancies.
• Conducts payroll audits, reconciles payroll data, maintains related records and prepares reports.
• Coordinates onboarding for new employees and conducts biweekly orientations on benefits and policies.
• Prepares personnel actions and electronic forms for hires, changes, and terminations.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of payroll and HR records.
