Source-1-Solutions is seeking a dependable HR &Payroll Assistant to support daily HR and payroll operations. The role will handle payroll processing, onboarding, record maintenance, and general HR administration.

The candidate will work with Paylocity as the primary HRIS and payroll platform, review payroll data, meet deadlines, and provide professional support to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• AA degree in HR, business administration or accounting.
• At least two years in HR, payroll, or administrative support.
• Experience with payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Paylocity and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review hours, overtime, deductions, and changes to payroll.
• Maintain payroll records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation.
• Support HR administration and recordkeeping.
