Job summary

Sendik's Fine Foods in Brookfield, WI is seeking an HR Generalist / ADP Workforce Now Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and act as the primary ADP Workforce Now user and administrator. Responsibilities include payroll, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, ACA tracking, I-9/E-Verify, and employee data management.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now across multiple modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Demonstrated experience using multiple ADP Workforce Now modules, preferably including payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, ACA, reporting, document management, and I-9/E-Verify.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
• Experience with timekeeping audits, payroll deductions, wage changes, garnishments, and employee status changes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADP Workforce Now HRIS administration and serve as internal SME.
• Maintain and optimize ADP processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, ACA, and document management.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in ADP Workforce Now.
• Generate and audit ADP reports for payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR changes.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and audit payroll-related transactions.
• Administer Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment preparation.
• Track ACA compliance, leaves, and employee notices.
• Maintain employee records and confidential documentation across systems.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers and stay current on HRIS updates.
