Aperion Care in Wellfleet, MA seeks an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to lead the HR/Payroll Department, partnering with the Director of HR and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

This full-time on-site role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and ability to manage onboarding, benefits, and regulatory reporting in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HR/Payroll experience in long-term care.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Displays exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with particular attention to confidentiality.
• Nursing Home Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data from worksheets into computer to generate weekly payroll.
• Discusses and corrects any errors or concerns regarding payroll on a weekly basis.
• Maintains time clock and payroll records as required by law.
• Oversees enrollments, changes, terminations; ensures payroll deductions are processed.
• Oversees FMLA/PFML and OSHA logs; supports benefits administration and onboarding.
