Job summary

RegalCare in Medford, MA seeks an experienced HR/Payroll/Scheduling Director to manage payroll, HR operations, and scheduling for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and foster a positive, compliant workplace culture. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate facility scheduling for daily operations.
