Job summary

Prairie Public Broadcasting in North Dakota seeks an HR/Payroll Manager to oversee the HR and payroll functions across multiple sites. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws while maintaining accurate payroll records for a multi-site organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business or HR management (or equivalent) and accounting/GL knowledge; two years’ experience preferred. FCC filings knowledge is a plus.

The HR/Payroll Manageris responsible for overseeing the overall administration and management of the Human Resources and payroll functions for Prairie Public Broadcasting. The position balances the employment-related needs of both the organization and its employees by ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Performs all functions involving the preparation and maintenance of payroll for a multi-siteorganization.Knowledge of FCC filings is a plus. Must have accounting and general ledger knowledge.
