Aliya Health Group is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Generalist to lead HR operations in West Palm Beach, FL. The role emphasizes onboarding, payroll, benefits, and policy enforcement within a Paycom-based HRIS framework.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and protect confidential information while delivering accurate HR processes in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist/HR Coordinator/Payroll or similar experience.
• Hands-on Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Experience with payroll processing, payroll audits, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related Office tools.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: provide day-to-day support and maintain confidential records.
• Payroll Support & Reconciliation: assist with biweekly payroll processing and audits.
• Onboarding: coordinate new-hire processes and documentation.
• Offboarding: coordinate separations and final payroll information.
• Recruiting Support: assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate tracking.
