Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR, payroll, or HR administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll operations via timecard audits, attendance tracking, payroll reporting, and payroll inquiries.
• Train employees on timekeeping procedures, punch codes, and leave requests.
• Assist supervisors with timecard reviews and corrections.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Conduct background checks and employment verification.
• Respond to HR policy, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries.
• Manage HR documentation, compliance tracking, and employee files.
• Support HR projects and company-wide programs.
• Assist with policy communication and employee education.
