Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Worthington, OH is seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Administrator to support nursing facility operations. You will administer payroll, assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee retention in compliance with state and federal laws.

This full-time role offers a first-shift schedule, competitive hourly pay of $28–$32, comprehensive benefits, daily pay option, PTO and 401(k). You’ll join a compassionate team focused on high-quality resident care and employee development.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
• Working knowledge of payroll laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA) and unemployment.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform payroll functions in the community.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
