Responsibilities

• Record shipment data including products received, space availability, and discrepancies.
• Determine appropriate shipping methods for sending food products.
• Contact carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery.
• Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance with representatives.
• Prepare documents such as bills of lading and shipping orders.
• Act as liaison to other departments.
• Sort, file, and scan documents.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies.
• Coordinate distribution events.
