You will handle data entry, assist with recruitment, advise on policies, and ensure accurate records and reporting. The role requires at least 2 years in HR/payroll, strong organization, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Proficient in handling confidential information and data.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication with staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with HR software, data entry, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Data: process hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with Recruitment: screen applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and advise on hiring decisions.
• Advise on Policies: support managers and staff with HR policy questions.
• Handle Payroll & Records: respond to payroll inquiries and maintain personnel records.
• Support Employment Transactions: guide promotions, transfers, RIFs, and classifications.
• Coordinate Recognition Programs: oversee employee events and ensure guideline alignment.
• Maintain Compliance: monitor personnel files and risk documentation per laws.
• Perform Administrative Functions: prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports.
• Interpret and Enforce Policies: educate staff on policies and employment law.
