Creative Solutions In HealthCare in Texas is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations, manage employee records, payroll, and policies while promoting a compliant, organized workplace.

You will process new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes; assist with recruitment; advise on policies; and prepare HR reports, helping leadership maintain a positive, confidential, and efficient HR function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication with staff at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Data: process hires, pay rate changes, terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with Recruitment: screen applications and resumes, provide hiring recommendations.
• Advise on Policies: support managers and staff with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle Payroll & Records: respond to payroll inquiries and maintain personnel records.
• Support Employment Transactions: guide promotions, transfers and classifications.
• Coordinate Recognition Programs: oversee employee events per guidelines.
• Maintain Compliance: monitor personnel files and risk documentation per federal/state laws.
• Perform Administrative Functions: prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports.
• Interpret and Enforce Policies: educate staff on policies and employment law.
