Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join its HR team in Blair, Wisconsin. You will manage biweekly payroll, ensure compliance with wage laws, and support benefits enrollment and HRIS data integrity.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with UKG/UltiPro, and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A GED or higher and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or higher required
• Associate’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Process and review biweekly payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and CBA
• Review and adjust employee timecards and schedules
• Coordinate PTO requests and PTO cash outs
• Track and report absenteeism
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes and terminations in HRIS
• Assist with disability, FMLA and workers' comp leaves and return-to-work efforts
• Maintain employee files and prepare payroll reports
• Communicate effectively with internal and external employees and customers
• Serve as UKG/UltiPro resource for payroll questions and issue resolution
• Enter data into JDE system and maintain records
