Job summary

AMPI, the Associated Milk Producers Inc., seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruiting, benefits, compliance and employee development at its Blair, Wisconsin facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, maintaining HR records, managing safety and OSHA programs, handling union relations and contract negotiations, and producing HR metrics for leadership review. A bachelor's in HR and 3–5 years' PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of human resources management experience.
• Knowledge of UKG HRIS system preferred.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements and contract negotiation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for the facility including identifying recruitment sources and conducting interviews.
• Assist with workers’ compensation and OSHA compliance programs.
• Maintain all HR related records and ensure confidentiality.
• Lead HR functions including benefits enrollment, new hires, changes, and terminations; conduct stay and exit interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand owner leadership and manage union negotiations.
