Formación

• 1 year HR experience or 2 years as HR Representative required.
• Experience with HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment laws (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA).

Responsabilidades

• Perform HR representative duties and support team members.
• Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, leaves, and benefits.
• Coordinate recruiting from requisition to onboarding and background checks.
• Maintain HRIS data and confidential information.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health policies.
