Little River Casino Resort is seeking an HR Representative to support multiple HR functions, including recruitment, records management, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will help create a fun, inclusive workplace and assist in delivering an engaging guest experience.

The role requires strong computer skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1 year HR experience or 2 years as HR Representative required; substitute in lieu of degree accepted.
• Experience in at least two HR functions and knowledge of relevant employment laws (Title VII, ADEA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA).
• Experience with a tribally run casino/resort preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HR representative duties and provide accurate reports on team members (headcount, turnover, leaves).
• Coordinate recruitment efforts from requisition to onboarding, including background checks.
• Maintain and enter data in the HRIS and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and manage leaves and documentation.
• Lead team member relations activities and assist with safety and training programs.
